What data license does DATIM publish data through?
Jaclyn Carlsen
32:01
Thanks for this. Do you have a link to the wiki? If not, will it be linked to on the OpenHIE website? Would like to share with colleagues.

Jaclyn, the wiki for the task force is not up yet but it will most likely be housed in the OpenHIE community - link here for those communities: https://wiki.ohie.org/display/SUB/Home

@Jaclyn: I’d follow this post in the short term… it’ll likely have pointers as things are getting set up: https://discourse.ohie.org/t/covid-19-response/3125

39:24
Does OpenHIE develop specific tools for health worker registries?,
Carl Leitner
44:57
@Rocco yes there is a HW registry based on iHRIS
Carl Leitner
47:21
@Rocco see for example https://www.ihris.org/openhie-health-worker-registry https://www.intrahealth.org/projects/capacity-building-manage-nepal-health-workforce-registry-and-hrmis-using-ihris
Vikas Dwivedi
50:28
does the OCL include any global data standard like FHIR?
Paul Biondich
51:32
@vikas: actively being engineered in now… but it of course supports all terminology standards
Christina Villella
52:04
Thanks for the presentation, Annah! Curious on the panelists or participants thoughts on setting up a global terminology service for COVID-19 data elements, terminologies, codesets from different standards….maybe making Carl Leitner's standards spreadsheet a platform...would that benefit anyone? or is the spreadsheet sufficient (eg. no need to make things more complicated with a platform) referenced spreadsheet: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1aB27qqWl-ragGlJT8FnqzKkcqRrrY_i2LiYcTLlXbNE/edit?userstoinvite=ask2164@cumc.columbia.edu&ts=5e7398a5&actionButton=1#gid=888384965
Vikas Dwivedi
52:57
thanks @Paul!! that will be awesome!!
Steven Wanyee
54:56
Will the slides be shared?
Amanda BenDor
55:36
Yes Steven we will be sharing on the DSQ wiki as well as through a recap to everyone who registered for this webinar.
Steven Wanyee
55:58
Thanks Amanda
Amanda BenDor
56:07
Sure! Hope all is well in Kenya!
Steven Wanyee
57:36
All’s well thank you - looking fwd to a lock down starting tomorrow
Carl Leitner
58:09
@Vikas - OCL is going to target the new IHE profile SVCM (Sharing Value Sets and Concept Maps) for the FHIR endpoints
Carl Leitner
58:24
The task force wiki landing page is now live https://wiki.ohie.org/display/SUB/COVID-19+Task+Force
Rocco Panciera
58:27
so GOFR is not a MFR
Carl Leitner
59:29
@Christina V I don’t expect that the google sheet is the right long term home. Reviewing KM options is one thing we should do in the task force in coordination with WHO efforts
Vikas Dwivedi
01:00:40
thanks @Carl!! this will be very helpful!!
Christina Villella
01:01:41
Great, thanks @Carl, please keep the community posted on these efforts or proposed efforts
Olivia Velez
01:01:53
Here's a link to the MFL resource package Emily and Annah mentioned: https://www.who.int/healthinfo/country_monitoring_evaluation/mfl/en/
Carl Leitner
01:02:33
@Rocco you can think of GOFR a tool that would be a key component/feature of a MFR. There are a number of things that could be included in an MFR. There is some current work on a draft “Vision Document” for what a MFR is that we will be shared in the OpenHIE FR community in the next week or two.

How can i have the mAtches application please, any link to try it our?
Carl Leitner
01:06:19
@Vikas here is the SVCM profile https://www.ihe.net/uploadedFiles/Documents/ITI/IHE_ITI_Suppl_SVCM_Rev1-0_PC_2020-03-05.pdf

For those interested in Liberia, their eIDSR rollout is continuing this week and they have added COVID to it. It leverages mHero and DHIS2 Tracker
Paul Biondich
01:06:35
@Mark: i’m not under the impression that there’s a specific license applied to PEPFAR’s data releases

you can presume public domain
Dan Rosen
01:06:50
Does anyone have experience with the go.data application from WHO for surveillance and contact tracing?
Carl Kinkade
01:06:59
Just to add, it is a real-time case-based system starting at the health facility
Mark Herringer
01:07:17
It needs to be specified
Rocco Panciera
01:07:19
Do you see applicability of any of these tools (i.e. PLM) to handle standardization, interoperability and mining of structured/unstructured data coming from CHW and related to service delivery?
Paul Biondich
01:07:51
@Mark: naturally, i agree. :) but that said, i dont think one is established at the moment. i’ll see if i can ping them on this
Mark Herringer
01:08:25
It will be guided by the open data policy
Mark Herringer
01:09:56
Each Ministry of Health needs to have one to so that they can release 'health facility data for instance' with certainty.
Rocco Panciera
01:09:57
thank you everyone

01:10:35
this is really encouraging to have this webinar at this stage. Most countries are prioritising and immediate response to the pandemic, which includes the deployment of bespoke tools. It will be useful to have a formal recommendation that we can use to lobby for a longer term view with ministries in country? any materials will be welcome

@Mark: most countries have a clear spirit of open access… it’ll take some time to get everyone to the next phase of being more specific around use and reuse expectations as expressed in a license.
Christina Villella
