Hello Amanda, related to this KM topic, is it possible to post these webinars and the Dec meeting report on the Digital Square website?

I'm curious if DS will be willing to work with partners on sustainability models within the list of services being offered?
Amanda BenDor
01:00:21
Great suggestion Nancy. Let me sync with our internal team about using our wiki or website to host these resources.
Martin
01:00:36
the basket of services are great. are these offered by DS and time charged to awarded project funds?
Maeghan Orton (WHO)
01:01:06
Is there a contact list for the DIAL services - i.e. who to reach out to for each specific service?

Carl Leitner
01:02:11
@Martin - these are not “charged” against awarded project funds. We use our internal resources to help provide this on top of what you may have received in terms of financial support
Amanda BenDor
01:03:05
Jan, yes, we can help work with partners on sustainability models. This is something we can explore doing in partnership with DIAL (resource dependent).
Carl Leitner
01:05:02
@Jan - the OpenLMIS community is currently going through an extensive “sustainability options” process. At a minimum, we should have some outputs to share from this process in the early summer and see what models are applicable to others.

(It is fairly resource intensive…..)

Paired with this is some USAID work on “Total Cost of Ownership” of GGs - looking at three specific examples (OpenMRS, iHRIS and CommCare). We will also want to share this out with you all

Are the discussions and questions based only on dhis2 or generally on any mHelath tools developement

How similar or different is the DHIS2 COP from the HISP constructs?
Ed Duffus (Plan International)
01:17:54
As yet, I have not seen support on offer to help develop global digital products that correspond to technical / data protection / security standards. Is there any support available to conduct technical audit or penetration testing, for example? I'm sure many of our products are handling personal data so collectively we should be setting the highest standards of security / data protection etc.

Excellent question, Ed.

@Ed The ODK community has used https://securitywithoutborders.org/in the past and it’s been a great experience.

To DS, with the good activity going on in the multiple CoPs presumably every GG has/will have one, is there interest maybe through the Community of Communities like OpenHIE to facilitate cross-CoP conversations on common threads like data exchange, standards, etc?
Yaw Anokwa
01:19:27
https://securitywithoutborders.org is the correct link. https://www.hackerone.com/ is also a good option.
Ed Duffus (Plan International)
01:20:24
Supporting a full community of practice is presumably expensive. Could you comment on the sustainability model for DHIS2 and hence the CoP?

Perhaps this was answered, but have you seen your community management software change over time? Did you start with one platform (if so, what was it), and what do you use now to track feedback and moderate content?
Yaw Anokwa
01:31:06
If folks in the chat are interested in the software infrastructure and best practices required to setup a CoP like this, I’m glad to help! I manage the ODK CoP and glad to share our learnings. You can find me at yanokwa@nafundi.com!

@Maeghan DHIS2 was on a Launchpad mailing list for a long time, then switched to Discourse a few months ago. https://community.dhis2.org/t/launchpad-closing-migration-to-cop/34247 has a post on the transition.
